Crush AI Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing crushs-ai.com or using the Crush AI service you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please stop using Crush AI immediately.

2. Definitions

"Service" means the Crush AI website and companion chat experience. "Companion" means a fictional character generated by Crush AI. "Content" means text, images, audio and any other material available through the Service.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that age is higher, and legally able to enter a binding contract. Crush AI may verify age and may suspend accounts that fail verification.

4. Nature of the service

Crush AI provides adult entertainment through fictional companions. Companions are not real people, do not have consciousness and do not offer professional advice of any kind.

5. Account registration

You agree to provide accurate registration details and to keep them current. One person may not maintain multiple accounts to bypass limits, promotions or suspensions.

6. Account security

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify Crush AI without delay if you suspect unauthorised access.

7. Licence granted to you

Crush AI grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the Service for your own private entertainment.

8. Restrictions on use

• No reselling, sublicensing or commercial exploitation of the Service.
• No scraping, crawling, automated extraction or bulk downloading.
• No reverse engineering or attempts to derive underlying models.
• No circumvention of paywalls, rate limits or access controls.

9. Prohibited content

You must never submit prompts or content involving minors, non-consensual acts, real identifiable individuals presented sexually without consent, violence, trafficking, bestiality or anything unlawful in your jurisdiction. Violations result in immediate termination and, where required, referral to authorities.

10. Community conduct

Harassment of staff, abuse of support channels, fraudulent chargeback claims and attempts to disrupt the Service for other members are grounds for suspension without refund.

11. Your content

You retain ownership of the text you write. You grant Crush AI a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, process and display that content solely to operate and improve the Service for you.

12. Generated content

Images, messages and audio produced by Crush AI are provided for your personal, non-commercial use. Crush AI makes no claim that generated output is unique or protectable, and similar output may be produced for other members.

13. Intellectual property

The Crush AI name, logo, interface, code and design are owned by Crush AI and protected by intellectual property law. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership to you.

14. Free tier

Crush AI offers a free tier with limited features. Free features may change, be reduced or be withdrawn at any time without individual notice.

15. Paid subscriptions

Premium plans are billed in advance for the chosen period. Prices are shown before purchase and may include applicable taxes depending on your location.

16. Automatic renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period at the then-current price, unless cancelled before the renewal date through your account settings.

17. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future charges and your premium access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.

18. Refunds

Except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise, payments to Crush AI are non-refundable once digital features have been accessed during a billing period.

19. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback instead of contacting support may result in permanent closure of your Crush AI account and loss of all associated content.

20. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party hosting, payment and delivery providers. Their outages or policy changes may affect availability, and Crush AI is not liable for their independent acts.

21. External links and offers

Crush AI may display links to partner offers. We do not control those destinations and are not responsible for their content, pricing or practices.

22. Service availability

Crush AI aims for continuous availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, upgrades and events outside our control may cause downtime.

23. Changes to the service

Features may be added, modified or removed as Crush AI develops. We will not materially reduce a paid feature during a period you have already paid for without offering a fair remedy.

24. Suspension and termination by us

Crush AI may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, creates legal risk or harms the Service. Where the law permits, we may act without prior notice.

25. Termination by you

You may stop using Crush AI at any time and request account deletion. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including ownership, disclaimers and dispute rules, continue to apply.

26. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". Crush AI disclaims all implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

27. No professional advice

Nothing produced by a Crush AI companion constitutes medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. If you are in distress, contact a qualified professional or a local emergency service.

28. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crush AI is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, and total liability is limited to the amount you paid to Crush AI in the twelve months before the claim.

29. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Crush AI against claims, damages and reasonable costs arising from your misuse of the Service or your breach of these terms.

30. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the place of establishment of the Crush AI operator, without regard to conflict of law rules. The parties will attempt good-faith resolution before formal proceedings.

31. Severability and entire agreement

If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder stays in force. Together with the Privacy Policy, these terms form the entire agreement between you and Crush AI.

32. Changes to these terms

Crush AI may update these terms. Continued use after an update means acceptance, and the revision date above always shows the current version.
